Adapted from one of the best mango smoothies I've ever had in my life at Yandara Yoga Institute.
Ingredients:
> 1 whole mango, peeled and sliced. (How to properly cut a mango: 5 EASY WAYS TO CUT MANGO - YouTube)
> 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
> 5-6 strawberries, tops cut off, preferably frozen
> 1/2 cup nut milk
> 1 tsp cinnamon
> 1/2 lime, juiced
Directions:
> Place all ingredients in a blender, blend, enjoy with a lime wedge on the side and some sprinkled cinnamon on top!
> Pro-tip: Place all ingredients together except for the milk the night before and freeze. Add milk to the frozen goodies and blend the next day!
