Berry Buddha Smoothie!

Although I use this smoothie as a breakfast replacement, you can use it for lunch or dinner! It's a great source of antioxidants. If you want to add protein powder or greek yogurt to make it even more protein heavy, go for it!

 

Ingredients:


*Makes 2 Smoothies!


> 1 4.5 oz package blueberries (frozen)

> 2 bananas (frozen)

> 2 cups strawberries

> 1 cup of nut milk

>1 cup of water

> 1 tablespoon honey

 

Directions:


> I start with the banana, break it up into tinier chunks in your smoothie cup.

> Add the strawberries, blueberries, honey, milk and water.

> Mix.

> Enjoy!
